基于情景感知和规则导向的业务过程自适应

摘要: 为了完成动态多变环境下业务过程的自适应调整和过程间的动态装配,提出一种基于情景信息和面向规则的业务过程适变方法。该方法采用规则映射服务与事件或情景信息的关联关系,基于服务系统可以根据当前上下文触发规则动态规划出满足业务目标的活动序列。该方法提出的动态规划算法解决了ABC供暖公司暖气报修项目中业务过程的动态装配问题,还提供了求解运行时过程实例自适应问题的一般性解决方案。另外,为支持对所生成活动序列的偏好选择和人工干预,设计了过程评估策略,实现了用户对过程的个性化选择和调整。仿真实验表明,该方法能有效并以较高效率求解动态环境下业务过程的自适应问题。

Abstract: To accomplish the self-adaptive adjustment of business process and the dynamic assembly between processes in a dynamic environment,a rule-oriented process adaptation method based on context-aware was proposed.By using the relationship between rule mapping service and context information,the rules could be triggered by the current context,and the activity sequence satisfied the business objective was planned.The dynamic assembly problem of ABC heating company's heating maintenance process was solved by the proposed dynamic planning algorithm,and the general solution for solving the process adaptation problem was provided.In addition,to support preference selection and manual intervention for the generated activity sequence,the process evaluation strategy was designed.Simulation experiment results showed that the proposed method could solve the adaptation problem of business processes efficiently and effectively.
